The 2022 ASA Pacific Meeting will be our final meeting at the beautiful Berkeley City Club, March 18-19, 2022. - The entire meeting will be
in-person, both presenters and attendees.
- For the next meeting, March 10-22, 2023, we will move to the Graduate Hotel Berkeley (formerly the Durant).

Keynote Speaker:
A.W. (Anne) Eaton will be the Keynote Speaker. Eaton is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the
University of Illinois-Chicago. She received her PhD from The University of Chicago in both philosophy and art history in 2003. She works on topics in feminism, aesthetics and philosophy of art, value theory, and Italian Renaissance painting.
Her special interests include the epistemological and ontological status of aesthetic value, the relationship between ethical and artistic value, feminist critiques of pornography, representations of rape in the European artistic tradition,
and artifact teleology. Professor Eaton was a Laurence Rockefeller Fellow at Princeton's Center for Human Values in 2005-6.

- In registering for this meeting, you agree that in order to comply with regulations of the city of Berkeley and the BCC, you must be fully vaccinated and bring with you proof of your vaccination. If you have a religious/medical waiver, you must bring documentation and have been tested less than 72 hours in advance of the meeting.
- The Meeting will comply with all COVID precautions mandated by the City of Berkeley, which currently include masking AND proof of vaccination at all indoor public spaces.

- Berkeley City Club: The BCC has lodging, but you are not required to stay there. Regular rates start at $235/night ($211.50/AAA/AARP). These rates include continental breakfast.

Food and beverage at the meeting: As this is an historic hotel, food and beverage from outside are not permitted at the sessions (except for bottled water). We will have coffee/tea service available throughout the meeting. Lunch on your own both days.
Lunch restaurant recommendations:
Irene H. Chayes Travel Funds: The Division has $1000 in Irene H. Chayes Travel Funds for persons on the program (paper or panel presentations) without institutional travel funding. Please request these when you submit your paper. The allocations are made by the meeting organizers.
Policies on Discrimination, Harassment, and Respectful Behavior
The ASA Policies (effective July 12, 2019) will be in effect for this meeting. The ASA Ombudsperson will be present throughout the meeting for informal conversations about the ASA's Policies on Harassment, Discrimination, and Respectful Behavior.
