The ASA Feminist Caucus Committee is pleased to announce the FCC Summerfest Symposium on June 25-26, 2021. It will be held virtually on Zoom and open to all who pre-register. The ASA Policies (effective July 12, 2019) will be in effect for this meeting. The ASA Ombudsperson will be represented throughout the meeting.

Recording Policies

The Symposium will be recorded. By logging into the Zoom site for this symposium, all presenters and attendees are consenting to the following:

• I understand that the FCC Summerfest Symposium is being recorded and that some sessions might be posted on public sites for those speakers who provide permission after the event.
• I understand that those recordings will include my image and my voice, if I speak.
• I understand that if I do not want my voice and/or image to be recorded, it is my responsibility to turn off my video and audio and I also must refrain from posting anything on the chat section of the site.
• I understand that even with my video and audio turned off, my name will be visible on the screen as an attendee, and that if I do not want my name to be visible, I should decline to join this Zoom session entirely.
• By entering the Zoom session, I am agreeing to all of these conditions and understandings.
