ASA Trustees Approve Agenda for Annual Business Meeting

The ASA Board of Trustees has approved the agenda for the Annual Business Meeting Saturday, November 14, 2020. The meeting will be held on ZOOM from 1:15-2:45 pm EST. All ASA members registered for the meeting are welcome to attend. 

Prize winners, program committee members, and nominees for Vice-President and Trustee are encouraged to attend so they can be introduced. 

ASA members unable to attend the meeting can access reports and other materials for the meeting. Log into the ASA site. Look for the big red Members button in the upper right and click the drop-down menu for Annual Meeting  Records. There you will find Combined Reports on all ASA activities in 2020, reports from the Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism and the ASA Ombudsperson, and other materials. Draft minutes from the Trustees Meeting November 11 will be posted as soon as possible.

Procedures for New Business at the Annual Meeting were adopted on September 3, 2019 by the Trustees and can be found on the ASA web site here.
