CFP for Virtual Summerfest 2023 Saturday July 29, 9am PDT/noon EDT/4pm GMT/6pm CET

The ASA Feminist Caucus Committee invites proposals loosely related to any aspect of Feminist Aesthetics. FCC Summerfest 2023 is hosting both completed papers and early-stage projects in search of feedback, presented as 5-10-minute talks with up to 20-minutes of discussion. For those wanting to present a completed paper, please email a 500-word proposal to fccasaforum@gmail.com. For those seeking feedback for your early-stage project, please email a 300-word summary to fccasaforum@gmail.com. Presentation proposals are due July 15 and we'll confirm your participation 3 days later.

Solicitations for FCC's "Back to School Newsletter" (on newsstands September 1, 2023)

Please send us your citations related to feminist aesthetics by August 15, so that we can both print them in FCC's newsletter and update our "full list" of feminist aesthetics papers, coming soon to FCC's webpage Feminist Caucus Committee (FCC) - American Society For Aesthetics (aesthetics-online.org), As a perk, we will make sure that your paper listed on the PhilPapers website is tagged "feminist aesthetics", so that nonmembers can easily identify its relevance. To share your references please either complete this form  https://forms.gle/iDf9pnJKCkNZhAGi8 or email your reference to fccasaforum@gmail.com.

Please also send us syllabi related to feminist aesthetics, which we will add to our collection. We plan to share these during a workshop on teaching feminist aesthetics that we will host once we collect enough contributions.
