JAAC Announces CFP for New Special Issue: "AI and Philosophy of the Arts"

We are pleased to announce a new CFP for a Special Issue of the Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism scheduled for publication in Spring 2026 on the theme "AI and Philosophy of the Arts."

By bringing together diverse perspectives on AI and aesthetics, this special issue seeks to advance philosophical discussions on the evolving role of artificial intelligence in artistic creation and appreciation. We invite scholars from philosophy, art history, cognitive science, media studies, and related disciplines to contribute to this timely and critical conversation.
